Isy has been a Bowen Therapist for 35 years and is still passionate about this therapy that changed her life.
She first experienced Bowen to help her own severe spinal injuries that had given her constant pain for over a decade. The result was nothing short of miraculous and thus launched her into becoming a Master Bowen Practitioner and International Trainer of this profoundly effective modality.
Bowen can help address an endless myriad of ailments, right across the board. A remarkably clever therapy, it utilises both Western and Eastern medical models to effectively reboot the body's ability to reset and heal itself.
That process begins with the first few gentle but definitive Bowen moves, dropping you into a deliciously deep 'theta' state of relaxation. Then, slowly working on the body as a whole, your innate balance recalibrates.
Three sessions are ideally recommended a week apart to fully experience the potential of this work. However a one-off session is still an invaluable reset and always worth a go if you are suffering or in need of some TLC.
To this day, Bowen is still Isy's "go-to" bodywork for her own health, vitality and optimum well-being. Back, neck and spinal issues are her specific expertise, as well as complex cases, including emotional and mental well-being.
Isy offers a complimentary 20 minute curiosity call to see if your issues are a match for this work with Isy.
